1. アプリが収集する情報

本アプリ「鉄道地層図」は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。

開発者が運営する収集用のサーバーは存在せず、お客様の操作内容や乗りつぶしの記録が開発者に送信されることはありません。路線・駅・地形のデータはすべてアプリの中に入っており、地図を表示するための通信は行いません。

ただし、画面下部に表示している広告のために、Google が取得する情報があります。詳しくは「2. 広告とトラッキングの許可について」をご覧ください。

2. 広告とトラッキングの許可について

本アプリは画面下部に Google AdMob の広告（帯状のバナー広告）を表示します。全画面の広告や動画広告は表示しません。

広告を表示するために、Google が次のような情報を取得することがあります。

• 広告識別子（IDFA）などの端末の識別子
• おおよその位置（国・地域の単位）
• 端末の種類・OSのバージョンなどの技術情報
• 広告が表示された回数やタップなどの利用状況
• アプリの不具合・動作に関する情報

これらは Google が自社のポリシーにもとづいて取り扱います。開発者がこれらの情報を受け取ったり、保持したりすることはありません。詳しくは Google プライバシーポリシー および Google が広告で収集する情報について をご覧ください。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスなど、法令で同意が必要な地域では、初回起動時に Google の広告の同意画面が表示されます。同意の内容は、アプリの「表示」タブにある［広告のプライバシー設定］からいつでも見直せます。同意しない場合も、アプリのすべての機能をお使いいただけます（広告はお客様に合わせたものではなくなります）。

初回起動時に、iOS の「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）をおたずねするダイアログが表示されます。「許可しない」を選んでも、アプリのすべての機能をそのままお使いいただけます。その場合、広告はお客様に合わせたものではなくなります。この設定は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。

アクセス解析ツールは使用していません。インターネット通信を行うのは広告を読み込むときだけです。

3. 位置情報の使用について

地図の［現在地］ボタンを押したときだけ、地図をお客様の現在地へ移動するために位置情報を使います。初めて押したときに、iOS の位置情報の許可の確認が表示されます。

位置情報はお使いの端末の中で地図を動かすためだけに使い、保存も、開発者や外部のサーバーへの送信もしません。許可しなくても、［現在地］ボタン以外のすべての機能をお使いいただけます。許可は後から、iPhoneの「設定」で鉄道地層図の「位置情報」から変更できます。

4. データの保存場所

乗りつぶしの記録と表示の設定は、すべてお使いの端末の中（ローカル）に保存されます。開発者がこのデータにアクセスすることはできません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。

「記録を画像でシェア」「記録を書き出す」を使うと、iOS の共有画面から、お客様が選んだ先（写真・ファイル・メッセージなど）へ記録を渡せます。これはお客様ご自身の操作によるもので、開発者に送信されることはありません。

5. アプリ内課金について

本アプリにアプリ内課金はありません。

6. 子ども向けのアプリではありません

本アプリは、特に子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません（そもそも本アプリは個人情報を収集しません）。

本ポリシーは、アプリの機能追加や法令の変更などに応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページで最新の内容をお知らせします。

1. Information the App Collects

The app "Strata: Japan Rail 3D" (鉄道地層図) does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account registration is required.

The developer operates no data-collection server. What you do in the app and your ride records are never sent to the developer. All railway, station, and terrain data is built into the app, and no network connection is used to display the map.

However, the app shows ads at the bottom of the screen, and Google receives certain information in order to serve them. See "2. Ads and App Tracking Transparency" below.

2. Ads and App Tracking Transparency

The app shows a Google AdMob banner ad at the bottom of the screen. It shows no full-screen ads and no video ads.

To serve those ads, Google may collect information such as:

• Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Coarse location (country or region level)
• Technical information such as device model and OS version
• Usage data such as ad impressions and taps
• Crash and performance data

Google handles this information under its own policies. The developer never receives or stores any of it. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information in advertising.

In regions where consent is required by law, such as the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, Google's ad consent form appears on first launch. You can review your choice at any time from [広告のプライバシー設定] (Ad privacy settings) in the app's 表示 (Display) tab. If you do not consent, every feature of the app still works (ads are simply not personalised).

On first launch, iOS shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", every feature of the app still works exactly the same. Ads simply stop being personalised. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The app uses no analytics tools. It connects to the network only to load ads.

3. Use of Location

Location is used only when you tap the [Current location] button, to move the map to where you are. The first time you tap it, iOS asks for permission.

Your location is used only on your device to move the map. It is never saved or sent to the developer or to any external server. If you do not allow access, every feature other than the [Current location] button remains available. You can change this later under 鉄道地層図 > Location in your iPhone's Settings.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your ride records and display settings are stored locally on your device. The developer cannot access this data. Deleting the app also deletes this data.

"Share as image" and "Export records" open the iOS share sheet so that you can pass your records to a destination you choose (Photos, Files, Messages, and so on). This happens only at your request, and nothing is sent to the developer.

5. In-App Purchases

The app has no in-app purchases.

6. Not Directed at Children

This app is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the app collects no personal information from anyone).

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as the app changes or as laws change. Significant updates will be posted on this page.
