根本昂（Takashi Nemoto、個人事業主）（以下「当方」といいます）は、 iOSアプリ「Pendula」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 当方が収集する情報

本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。振り子の設定や言語の選択は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

2. 広告について（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、画面下部にバナー広告を表示するために、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「AdMob」を使用しています。AdMob は広告の配信・計測のために、広告識別子（IDFA）や端末情報などを自動的に取得することがあります。

iOSの「アプリのトラッキングの許可」ダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）でトラッキングを許可しない場合、広告識別子は利用されず、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。許可しなくても本アプリの全機能は利用できます。

3. App内課金について

本アプリは、追加のサウンドモードを解除する買い切り型のApp内課金を提供しています。決済はすべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。

4. お子さまの利用について

本アプリは全年齢向けです。当方はお子さまを含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。広告の表示については上記2.のとおりです。

5. 情報の第三者提供

当方は、利用者の個人情報を保有していないため、第三者に提供することもありません。（広告配信に伴う情報の取得は、上記2.のとおり Google が直接行うものです）

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。

Takashi Nemoto (individual developer) ("we", "us") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in the iOS application "Pendula" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or location. No account is required. Your pendulum settings and language preference are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses "AdMob", an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. AdMob may automatically collect information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information for the purpose of serving and measuring ads.

If you decline tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency dialog, the advertising identifier will not be used and non-personalized ads will be shown instead. All features of the App remain fully available either way.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional sound modes. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details such as credit card numbers.

4. Children

The App is suitable for all ages. We do not collect personal information from any user, including children. Advertising is handled as described in Section 2.

5. Sharing of Information

Since we do not hold your personal information, we do not share it with third parties. (Information related to ad serving is collected directly by Google as described in Section 2.)

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in response to legal changes or new app features. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
