1. アプリが収集する情報
本アプリ「MONKIRI（紋切り）」は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
開発者が運営する収集用のサーバーは存在せず、お客様の利用状況（どの文様を作ったか、どんな設定にしたかなど）が開発者に送信されることはありません。
2. 広告・トラッキング・解析について
本アプリは買い切り型のため、広告を一切表示しません。外部のトラッキング（行動追跡）ツールやアクセス解析ツールも使用していません。
本アプリは完全オフラインで動作します。通信を使うのは、Appleを通じた購入の手続きのときと、お客様がiCloud同期を使う場合（次項）だけです。
3. 作品データの保存場所とiCloud同期
作成した文様の作品データや設定は、お使いの端末の中（ローカル）に保存されます。
設定タブのiCloud同期がオンになっている場合は、作品データがお客様ご自身のiCloudアカウント（Apple社のサーバー）にも保存され、同じApple IDの他の端末と同期されます。このデータに開発者がアクセスすることはできません。iCloud同期は設定タブでいつでもオフにできます（切り替えの反映はアプリの次回起動時です）。
4. アプリ内課金について
本アプリには、書き出し機能を拡張する買い切りの課金（1回のみのお支払い・800円）が1種類だけあります。サブスクリプション（定期課金）ではありません。
お支払いの手続きはすべてAppleのApp Store（StoreKit）を通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を、開発者が受け取ったり保持したりすることはありません。
5. 端末の機能の利用について
作品を画像（PNG）として保存するとき、写真ライブラリへの「追加のみ」の許可をお願いすることがあります。写真の閲覧の許可は求めません。SVGファイルは共有シート（送信先をお客様が選ぶ画面）を通じて書き出します。
カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・カレンダーなど、その他の端末の機能や情報にはアクセスしません。
6. 子ども向けのアプリではありません
本アプリは、特に子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません（そもそも本アプリは個人情報を収集しません）。

1. Information the App Collects
The app "MONKIRI" does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account registration is required.
The developer operates no data-collection server, and nothing about how you use the app (which patterns you create, which settings you choose) is ever sent to the developer.
2. Ads, Tracking, and Analytics
MONKIRI is a one-time-purchase app and shows no ads. It uses no third-party tracking tools and no analytics tools.
The app works fully offline. The network is used only to process purchases through Apple and, if you use it, for iCloud sync (see the next section).
3. Where Your Data Is Stored, and iCloud Sync
Your saved pattern works and settings are stored locally on your device.
If iCloud sync is turned on in the Settings tab, your works are also stored in your own iCloud account (on Apple's servers) and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The developer cannot access this data. You can turn iCloud sync off at any time in the Settings tab (the change takes effect the next time the app launches).
4. In-App Purchase
The app offers exactly one in-app purchase: a one-time unlock that expands the export features. It is not a subscription.
All payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). The developer never receives or stores your payment details, such as credit card numbers.
5. Device Permissions
When you save a work as a PNG image, the app may ask for "add-only" access to your photo library. It never asks to view your photos. SVG files are exported through the share sheet, where you choose the destination yourself.
The app does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or calendar.
6. Not Directed at Children
This app is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the app collects no personal information from anyone).

This policy may be revised as the app changes or as laws change. Significant updates will be posted on this page.
