1. アプリが収集する情報
本アプリ「ホシツブ」自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
ゲームの進み具合（クリアしたステージ、★の記録、集めた星屑、強化のレベル、ハイスコア、広告解除の購入状態）は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存され、開発者や外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 広告について
本アプリは基本無料で提供するため、Google社の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して、次の2種類の広告を表示します。
- 3ステージをクリアするごとに1回だけ表示される全画面広告
- ミスしたときに「広告を見て復活する」を選んだ場合に表示される動画広告（見るかどうかはお客様が選べます）
広告の表示にあたり、Google Mobile Ads SDK（広告表示のためのソフトウェア部品）が、広告の配信・不正防止・パフォーマンス測定のために、次のような情報を取得・利用することがあります。
- IPアドレスに基づくおおよその位置情報
- デバイス（端末）に関する識別子や機種情報
- 広告の表示・操作に関する情報
- クラッシュ情報やパフォーマンスに関する情報
本アプリは、Appleのトラッキング許可の仕組み（App Tracking Transparency）を使用しておらず、広告識別子（IDFA）を利用したトラッキング（アプリをまたいだ行動の追跡）は行いません。
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国など、同意の取得が必要な地域にお住まいの方には、初回起動時にGoogleの同意確認画面（User Messaging Platform）を表示し、お客様の選択に従って広告を配信します。

3. アプリ内課金について
本アプリには「広告 かんぜん解除」（買い切り・600円）という課金アイテムが1種類だけあります。購入すると、上記の全画面広告と動画広告が一切表示されなくなります。
お支払いの手続きはすべてAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を、開発者が受け取ることはありません。
ゲーム内の通貨（星屑）は販売していません。ガチャ・スタミナ制・ログインボーナス・時間待ちの仕組みもありません。
4. 端末の機能の利用について
本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・写真・位置情報・連絡先・カレンダーなど、端末の機能や情報にアクセスしません。これらの許可をお願いすることもありません。
5. データの保存場所
ゲームの進み具合や設定は、すべてお使いの端末内に保存されます。開発者がこれらのデータにアクセスすることはできません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。
6. 子ども向けのアプリではありません
本アプリは、特に子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

1. Information the App Collects
The app "Hoshitsubu: Star Shooter" itself does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account registration is required.
Your game progress (cleared stages, star ratings, collected stardust, upgrade levels, high scores, and whether you purchased ad removal) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer or any external server.
2. Advertising
To keep the app free to play, it displays two kinds of ads through Google AdMob:
- A full-screen ad shown once after every three stages you clear
- A video ad shown only if you choose "watch an ad to revive" after losing — watching is always your choice
To serve ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use information such as:
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Device identifiers and device information
- Information about ads shown and interactions with them
- Crash and performance information
The app does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and does not track you across apps using the advertising identifier (IDFA).
If you live in a region where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), the app shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) on first launch and serves ads according to your choice.

3. In-App Purchase
The app offers exactly one in-app purchase: "Remove Ads" (a one-time purchase). Buying it permanently removes both ad types described above.
All payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details, such as credit card numbers.
In-game currency (stardust) is not for sale. There are no loot boxes, no stamina system, no login bonuses, and no timers.
4. Device Permissions
The app does not access your camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, or calendar, and never asks for these permissions.
5. Where Your Data Is Stored
All progress and settings are stored on your device only. The developer cannot access this data. Deleting the app also deletes this data from your device.
6. Not Directed at Children
This app is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as the app changes or as laws change. Significant updates will be posted on this page.
