1. アプリが収集する情報
本アプリ「クラドニ図形」は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
開発者が運営する収集用のサーバーは存在せず、お客様の操作内容や図鑑のデータ、マイクの音が開発者に送信されることはありません。
2. 広告・トラッキング・解析について
本アプリは広告を一切表示しません。外部のトラッキング（行動追跡）ツールやアクセス解析ツールも使用していません。広告識別子（IDFA）も使用しません。
本アプリはオフラインで動作します。インターネット通信を使うのは、Appleを通じた購入・購入の復元の手続きのときだけです。
3. マイクの使用について
本アプリには、マイクに向かって声を出すと砂の模様が変化する「マイクモード」があります。この機能を初めて使うときに、iOSのマイク許可の確認が表示されます。
マイクから入る音は、お使いの端末の中でその場で解析されるだけです。音声を録音して保存することはなく、開発者や外部のサーバーに送信することもありません。解析で使うのは「音の高さ」と「音の大きさ」だけで、画面の表示に使った後は保持しません。
マイクの使用を許可しなくても、マイクモード以外のすべての機能をお使いいただけます。許可は後から、iPhoneの「設定」でクラドニ図形の「マイク」から変更できます。
4. データの保存場所
図鑑に登録した模様の記録（見つけた模様・お付けになった名前・お気に入りの印）は、すべてお使いの端末の中（ローカル）に保存されます。開発者がこのデータにアクセスすることはできません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
5. 写真への保存について
「壁紙を書き出す」で作った壁紙の画像は、お客様の操作により端末の「写真」に保存されます。求める許可は写真の「追加のみ」で、写真ライブラリ内の他の写真を読み取ることはありません。
許可しなかった場合、壁紙は保存されません。許可は後から、iPhoneの「設定」でクラドニ図形の「写真」から変更できます。
6. アプリ内課金について
本アプリには、書き出す壁紙の透かしを外す買い切りの課金（1回のみのお支払い・日本では150円）が1種類だけあります。サブスクリプション（定期課金）ではありません。
お支払いの手続きはすべてAppleのApp Store（StoreKit）を通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を、開発者が受け取ったり保持したりすることはありません。購入済みかどうかは、Appleの購入記録をもとに端末の中で判定され、開発者がどなたが購入されたかを知ることはありません。
7. 子ども向けのアプリではありません
本アプリは、特に子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません（そもそも本アプリは個人情報を収集しません）。

1. Information the App Collects
The app "Chladni: Sound Patterns" does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account registration is required.
The developer operates no data-collection server. What you do in the app, your collection data, and sound from the microphone are never sent to the developer.
2. Ads, Tracking, and Analytics
The app shows no ads. It uses no third-party tracking tools and no analytics tools, and it does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
The app works offline. It uses the network only to process purchases and restore purchases through Apple.
3. Use of the Microphone
The app has a microphone mode in which the sand pattern reacts to your voice. The first time you use it, iOS asks for permission to use the microphone.
Sound from the microphone is analyzed on your device as it happens, and nothing else. No audio is recorded or saved, and nothing is sent to the developer or to any external server. Only the pitch and the loudness of the sound are used, and they are not kept after the screen has been drawn.
If you do not allow microphone access, every feature other than the microphone mode remains available. You can change this later under Chladni > Microphone in your iPhone's Settings.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your collection (the patterns you have found, the names you give them, and your favorite marks) is stored locally on your device. The developer cannot access this data. Deleting the app also deletes this data.
5. Saving to Photos
Wallpapers you create with "Export Wallpaper" are saved to your Photos when you choose to save them. The app requests add-only access and never reads any other photos in your library.
If you do not allow access, the wallpaper is not saved. You can change this later under Chladni > Photos in your iPhone's Settings.
6. In-App Purchase
The app offers exactly one in-app purchase: a one-time unlock that removes the watermark from exported wallpapers ($0.99 in the United States). It is not a subscription.
All payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). The developer never receives or stores your payment details, such as credit card numbers. Whether you have purchased is determined on your device from Apple's purchase records, and the developer has no way of knowing who has purchased.
7. Not Directed at Children
This app is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the app collects no personal information from anyone).
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as the app changes or as laws change. Significant updates will be posted on this page.
