1. アプリが収集する情報
本アプリ「ARC FLEET」自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
ゲームの進み具合（クリアしたステージ、★の記録、強化ポイント、強化のレベル、選んだ自艦とサブ兵器、「広告を消す」の購入状態）と設定（音量・振動・言語）は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存され、開発者や外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 広告について
本アプリは無料で遊べるようにするため、Google社の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して、次の広告を表示します。
- ステージを3回クリアするごとに最大1回、結果の画面から戻るときに表示される全画面広告（戦闘中には表示しません）
- お客様が選んだときだけ表示される動画広告（勝ったときの「報酬2倍」、撃沈されたときの「1回だけ復活」）
広告の表示にあたり、Google Mobile Ads SDK（広告表示のためのソフトウェア部品）が、広告の配信・効果の測定・不正の防止のために、次のような情報を取得・利用することがあります。
- IPアドレスに基づくおおよその位置情報
- 端末に関する識別子（広告識別子 IDFA を含む。下の「追跡の許可」をご覧ください）や機種の情報
- 広告の表示・操作に関する情報
- クラッシュやパフォーマンスに関する情報
3. 追跡の許可（App Tracking Transparency）について
本アプリは、Apple の追跡許可の仕組み（App Tracking Transparency）を使って、「他社のアプリやウェブサイトでの利用状況をもとに、お客様の興味に合った広告を表示するために、広告識別子（IDFA）を使ってよいか」をお尋ねします。
- 許可された場合: Google AdMob が広告識別子を使い、お客様の興味に合った広告を表示することがあります。
- 許可されなかった場合: 広告識別子は使われず、興味に合わせない広告が表示されます。ゲームはどちらでもまったく同じように遊べます。
この選択は、いつでも iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から変更できます。
4. 欧州などでの同意について（User Messaging Platform）
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスなど、同意の取得が必要な地域では、初回起動時に Google の同意確認画面（User Messaging Platform）を表示し、お客様の選択に従って広告を配信します。

5. アプリ内課金について
本アプリには「広告を消す」（買い切り）という課金アイテムが1種類だけあります。購入すると、全画面広告が表示されなくなります。動画広告（報酬2倍・復活）は、購入の後も、お客様が選んだときだけ見られる「おまけ」として残ります。
お支払いの手続きはすべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を、開発者が受け取ることはありません。機種変更などのときは、タイトル画面の「購入を復元」から、追加のお支払いなしで元に戻せます。
6. 端末の機能の利用について
本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・写真・位置情報（GPS）・連絡先・カレンダーなど、端末の機能や情報にアクセスしません。お尋ねするのは、上の「追跡の許可」だけです。
7. データの保存場所
ゲームの進み具合や設定は、すべてお使いの端末の中に保存されます。開発者がこれらのデータにアクセスすることはできません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。
8. 子ども向けのアプリではありません
本アプリは、特に子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

1. Information the App Collects
The app "ARC FLEET" itself does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account registration is required.
Your game progress (cleared stages, star ratings, upgrade points, upgrade levels, your chosen flagship and sub-weapons, and whether you purchased "Remove Ads") and your settings (volume, vibration, language) are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer or any external server.
2. Advertising
To keep the game free to play, it shows ads through Google AdMob:
- A full-screen ad, shown at most once for every three stage clears, when you leave the results screen (never during combat)
- Video ads that appear only when you choose them ("Double Reward" after a win, or reviving once when your ship is sunk)
To serve ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use information such as:
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Device identifiers (including the advertising identifier, IDFA; see "Permission to Track" below) and device information
- Information about ads shown and your interactions with them
- Crash and performance information
3. Permission to Track (App Tracking Transparency)
Using Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the app asks whether the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to show you ads based on your activity in other companies' apps and websites.
- If you allow it, Google AdMob may use the advertising identifier to show ads that better match your interests.
- If you do not allow it, the advertising identifier is not used and you will see ads that are not personalized. The game plays exactly the same either way.
You can change this at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
4. Consent in Europe and Other Regions (User Messaging Platform)
In regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) on first launch and serves ads according to your choice.

5. In-App Purchase
The app offers exactly one in-app purchase: "Remove Ads" (a one-time purchase). Buying it removes full-screen ads. Video ads for "Double Reward" and "Revive" remain available as optional extras that you can still choose to watch.
All payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details, such as credit card numbers. If you change devices, tap "Restore Purchases" on the title screen to restore it at no extra cost.
6. Device Permissions
The app does not access your camera, microphone, photos, location (GPS), contacts, or calendar. The only permission it asks for is the "Permission to Track" described above.
7. Where Your Data Is Stored
All progress and settings are stored on your device only. The developer cannot access this data. Deleting the app also deletes this data from your device.
8. Not Directed at Children
This app is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as the app changes or as laws change. Significant updates will be posted on this page.
